On 21 March 2019 representatives of the National Focal Points met at the communication workshop in Brussels. The workshop was organised by the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO).
The participants discussed the topic of the social media campaigns and learned about the key factors that lead to a successful and visible campaign. In the following, they devoted themselves to the use of language in written publications (news, reports, presentations, etc.). All participants agreed that simple, clear and understandable language attracts readers and increases recognisability of the EEA and Norway Grants in the general public.
