NOR FM Programme was co-financed by the Norway Grants which represented €800 million in funding allocated to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia between 2009 and 2014.
EEA FM Programme
EEA FM Programme was co-financed by the EEA Grants, under which, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway provided €988.5 million to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain between 2009 and 2014.

NGO Programme
The objective of the NGO programme is to strengthen the development of civil society and increase its contribution to social justice and equality, democracy and sustainable development.
Scholarship fund
Higher education institutions and institutions in the field of primary and secondary vocational education and training will be eligible to apply their projects in the framework of the Scholarship Programme.
Tripartite Dialogue
The Programme is focused on the promotion of the agenda for decent work, promotion of tripartite dialogue and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation with the Norwegian partners.
Fund for Technical Assistance
Slovenia is eligible to technical assistance funds for the implementation of both financial mechanisms at the national level and for the fund for strengthening bilateral relations also at the national level.
